Equipment: We have a discount with Mercian field hockey. Code is DC101. If you are middle school, only get a 35-36 stick. You can order custom Team Baltimore red gloves from Mercian.

Tryouts results: Congratulations to the following players who were selected from tryouts on Sunday. The coaches said that all the players worked hard and gave outstanding effort, which is what we are looking for in our players. We may not be the greatest, but we give outstanding effort and show a willingness to learn.

Disney Showcase: We have teams for the following age groups going to the Disney Showcase in
Orlando on Feb 4 thru Feb 7. U14/U16/U19. Let us know if you are interested in going to this event.
2009 Tryouts:
Date: Sunday, Sept 13, 2009
Time: 6pm 8pm. Registration starts at 4:30pm. Be early.
Location: Garrison Forest School gym. www.gfs.org
Age group: U14/U16/U19
Equipment for tryout: indoor shoes, stick, mouth guard, gk equipment if you are a gk
Waiver: Printoff Team Baltimore waiver from website and bring it to tryout.

speed relative to your high school team, other sports played and level.
Cost: $375 per year.
Does not include tournament fees which average $45.
Does not include uniform cost.
National tournaments have different costs.
Indoor sticks and gloves are also needed. Do not buy any until you have been selected.
We have recommendations for sticks and gloves. We get discounts from several vendors.
