4 Nation wrapup
After an impressive performance at College Park, USA got swept at Virginia
Beach.
USA showed that they had the talent when pushed by their home crowd at
College Park.
Maybe, Jim Larranaga from George Mason, should give them one of his motivational speeches, before they leave for Madrid.
Indoors games melds with the outdoors game at 4 Nation
All the teams used a lot of indoor flat tackles rather than an outdoors jab
on the initial tackle.
Argentina countered the matchup zone, by doing an indoors touch from the
goalkeeper to put the ball in play.

Local College games this weekend:
Game of the week
9/2/06 12noon #1 UMD Terps Vs #4 ODU at UMD
Terps are led by Paula Infante, arguably the best college player since Marina DiGiacomo(ODU). Local player, Kim Ziegler, PH Strikers Club and Fallston HS, has moved into the starting lineup. Rischen sisters are impact newcomers.
ODU has been in the pack for the last few years, which is not their favorite position.
Freshman, Katie Ueberroth, was named CAA Rookie of the week for 2 goals and 1 assist.
The Joe Paterno of hockey, Coach Beth Anders (3 NCAA Championships), is looking to make a quantum leap.
Knocking off #1 Terps would be a good start.
